Ramsgate Twins

Our first design and still most popular, the Ramsgate Twins combines a 50cm silver chain with giant baroque pearls. We love wearing these with jeans during the week and with a sexy dress on date night.

Thank you for shopping at Made In Bondi. Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Hello@madeinbondi.com to request a return authorization number. We will not accept returns without a valid return authorization number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges 

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged or the incorrect product as per your order. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at Hello@madeinbondi.com to request an exchange authorization number. We will not accept exchanges without a valid exchange authorization number.

Broken Items

If your item is broken or damaged after the 30-day return period, we may be able to offer a return for a credit note or exchange. Please note there will be no refunds for broken items.

Please Contact us at Hello@madeinbondi.com and provide photos of the damaged or broken Item, along with your order number and date of purchase. We will review your request and determine if a Credit note or exchange is possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
